Our Prevention Policy for Covid-19
As the situation with Covid-19 evolves from day-to day, our top priority is the health and safety of our customers, staff and community.
Our employees have been training to properly hand wash protocol, work areas are cleaned prior to shipping, and each package is sanitized prior to shipping.
Once your order has been finalized and paid, you will receive an email with a link to our scheduling application. You will be asked to schedule an appointment to pick up your order. A confirmation email will be sent to your inbox. Appointments can be modified at any time.
If you would like to view products before you buy, we have a selection of our top models set up in our distribution warehouse. Clients are welcome to visit our showroom by appointment or drop in hours. Please call (780) 544-0456 or email email@example.com to book a time.
We have multiple spaces to allow for clients to comfortably shop and keep aligned with social distancing.
In an effort to ensure the safety of our team and our clients alike, we ask that you sanitize when entering the store, wearing adequate face covering and maintain social distancing.
There will be hand sanitizer and masks available for use as you enter the building.
Due to Covid -19, we are open for drop in hours, and available by appointment in morning or evening if it better aligns with your schedual.
For social distancing, we are offering curb-side pick-up directly from our warehouse or local courier services. We are conveniently located off of Yellowhead Trail in the west end of Edmonton.
